Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and act as manager-on-duty
- Supervise FOH and BOH teams
- Maintain service quality and operational flow
- Handle cash, inventory, and daily checklists
- Train and develop team members
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support off-site events and farmers markets
What We Offer
- Minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed
- $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

- Ability to work in both locations
- Legal authorization to work (papers in order required)
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of restaurant experience (supervisory preferred)
- Experience in Mexican or Latin restaurant environments is a plus
- Ability to lead by example and support the team on the floor
