A growing property management company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Property Management Assistant to support daily operations, tenant communication, follow-ups, coordination, and administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Tenant and owner communication support
- Scheduling and coordination of maintenance requests
- Administrative and operational assistance
- Email management and follow-ups
- Vendor coordination and appointment scheduling
- Assisting with leasing and property management tasks
- Data entry, reporting, and organization of files/documents
- General support
Requirements
- Advanced English required (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Comfortable handling tenant and owner communication
- Reliable internet and work-from-home setup
- Experience in property management, administration, customer service, or coordination is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems, maintenance coordination, leasing support, or scheduling is a plus
Additional information
Compensation
- Part-Time: $900 monthly
- Full-Time: $1,200 monthly
Schedule
- Flexible depending on position requirements
- Monday to Friday availability preferred
